Egyptian phenomenon in the history of search engines named DalilMasr:

Lately DalilMasr is witnessing a remarkable development that was clearly evident in the number of visitors and world rank, DalilMasr is the ever first Egyptian online directory with the most spread five major worldwide languages. Google search auto suggestion starts to recognize DalilMasr in late 2008 and created for very first time new auto suggestion category named best Egyptian directory considering DalilMasr is the first result over all other Egyptian, Arab, or international directories that concerned of Egypt. Likewise Yahoo search put DalilMasr on first page result in regards of DalilMasr keyword, however results were not as top as Google.
 

  

  • Al-Ahram newspaper wrote an article in large double columns 23 lines for each column, saying DalilMasr is the first Egyptian search engine focused on contents rather only information and care about all Egyptian cities & suburbs. Issued on June,15, 2010 - page 22.

  • Akhbar El Yom newspaper considered DalilMasr as best Egyptian directory Issued on June, 12, 2010 at Techno Net appendix 3 (page 6).

  • Minia University the famous university in southern Egypt included DalilMasr into its top Egyptian websites.

  • WikiWak (the mirror of Wikipedia) indexed DalilMasr since website domain was dalil-masr.com. 

Page won’t be enough to narrate the official websites and classifications, both American, English or even the classification of the Russian Federation to DalilMasr, but suffice to say that DalilMasr has become Egyptian Phenomenon in the history of search engines, that wished computer and information studies department of the deep-rooted Al-Ahram foundation to have a national company adopts the concept of search engine that’s working on local content  as did the Globe On Co. launching DalilMasr.
